Die Geigerin ist Preisträgerin mehrerer Wettbewerbe, wie des Internationalen Musikwettbewerbs der ARD München 1998 und der St. Louis Symphony Young Artists String Competition 2000. Der 1. Preis des Berliner Gyarfas-Wettbewerbes 1992 ermöglichte ihr die Leihgabe einer Violine des Antonio Stradivarius. Sie wurde außerdem mit Preisen von der Harvard Music Association, dem New England Conservatory und der Dortmunder Mozart Gesellschaft ausgezeichnet. In 2000 wurde sie als jüngste Professorin für Violine an der Hochschule für Musik Köln berufen. Ariadne Daskalakis konzertiert weltweit als Solistin und Kammermusikerin, darunter in den USA, in Kanada, Europa, Israel und Japan. Sie spielte als Solistin mit Orchestern wie dem English Chamber Orchestra, dem Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, dem Rundfunkorchester des SWR, den Stuttgarter Philharmonikern, dem Ensemble Oriol Berlin, dem Prager Kammerorchester, der Philharmonie Brno, mit der Kammerakademie Potsdam und dem Kölner Kammerorchester. Sie konzertierte in Sälen wie dem Berliner Kammermusiksaal der Philharmonie, der Kölner Philharmonie, dem Herkulessaal und dem Prinzregententheater in München, dem Dortmunder Konzerthaus, dem Prager Rudolfinum, dem Pariser Théâtre des Champs-Elysées und der Jordan Hall Boston. Sie gastierte bei den Bachtagen Ansbach, den Berliner Festwochen und beim "Debut im DeutschlandRadio". Sie spielt regelmäßig Rezitale mit Klavier oder Cembalo. Ariadne Daskalakis ist seit 1995 Primaria des Manon Quartetts Berlin und konzertierte mit diesem in ganz Deutschland, Europa und in den USA. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit und zahlreiche eigene Einstudierungen verband sie auch mit dem Ensemble Oriol Berlin. Das Repertoire von Ariadne Daskalakis umfasst Epochen vom Frühbarock - mitunter auf historischen Instrumenten - bis zur Moderne, einschließlich vieler Uraufführungen. Mit dem Komponisten Christoph Coburger erarbeitete sie die Opera Mono "Herr K und Frau N", eine neuartige Form des Musiktheaters für Violine und interaktive Videokunst. Neben zahlreichen Rundfunk- und Fernsehaufnahmen erschienen bisher CD-Einspielungen mit Ariadne Daskalakis bei Tudor/Schweiz ("Violino Arioso" und "Violin Sonatas" Vol. 1 und 2 von Joachim Raff), bei Carpe Diem ("Ariadne", "L'Horizon Fantastique"), bei IPPNW-Concerts Berlin (mit dem Manon-Quartett) und bei Naxos (Tartini Violinkonzerte). Ihre jüngste Tartini-Aufnahme wurde sowohl von Naxos als CD des Monats, wie auch von der Zeitschrift "The Strad" als "Concerto Selection" ausgezeichnet.

Ariadne will also lead a Christmas Concert in Cologne on December 15, with a Baroque program with the Neues Rheinisches Kammerorchester in the Aposteln Church at Neumarkt.
